Automatically download pictures in Outlook
While we do not recommend the downloading of images automatically in Outlook, we believe in options. Therefore, if you want to do this, then keep reading go ahead by all means! 1] Go to Options
OK, so the first thing you’ll want to do here, is to fire up the options menu. To get there, be sure to open the Outlook client, then click on the File tab from the top-left corner of the screen. After doing so, scroll down to the section that says Options, and click on it. 2] Microsoft Outlook Trusted Center Settings
The next step, then, is to select Trust Center from below and click on Trust Center Settings. You should now see a dialog box, so from there, click on Automatic Download, and then now we should be seeing a new set of things. There is a section that says, Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items. Please uncheck it, and from there, the system will permit Microsoft Outlook to download images automatically in all incoming messages. So far, this is the best option we can think of to fix your particular problem, and it should.
